Big Girl Bed!

I can't believe my baby is out of the crib and in her big girl toddler bed! She was very excited about it, Ryan and I, not so much! One of the last marks of babyhood is gone. She did get a little sad when Daddy was taking her crib apart, "no Daddy, it's broken". She thought it was great fun to jump up on her new bed though!

She drew her first circle today! That may not be that exciting to some, but it is something her and I have been working on for awhile now. It was so rewarding to see that her hard work paid off. She received a princess table for her Birthday(thanks Grandma and Pappa), that has become her new favorite spot. She sat there and colored for 35 min. (thanks Dan and Sara for the art bin!). We also practiced her letters, colors, numbers, and shapes. It is so much fun to watch her little mind grow!

We had a race outside and decorated the sidewalk with her new sidewalk paint. She showed me how she can hop like a bunny and laid in the grass and told me how she "likes grass, Jesus made it". All in all, it was a very productive second day as a two year old!
