Linky Love and My Six Month Old

Giveaway: My friend, Angela has a giveaway on her blog!

Preschool: My friend, Deb told me about this great phonics site. Rylie loves it!

Puritan Prayers: This site is very inspiring!

Persecution in India: Please read these accounts of horrific things happening to Christians in India this week, and then pray, pray, pray!

I can't believe my baby girl is six months old already! She is such a delight! Ryan and I are constantly saying that we should have used "Joy" for her middle name instead of "Sophia". She is a very happy girl. She loves to laugh and smile. She is constantly saying, "Da Da" and she has a word that she uses whenever she sees Rylie ("Ly Ly"). Occasionally she'll say "MaMa". She is enjoying most of her baby food, especially the bananas. One of her favorite pastimes is sucking on her toes! She has learned how to roll over from her tummy to her back and can point to my nose when I ask her. She has two adorable little teeth and is working on more. She loves to give kisses and snuggle her little head into me! We love our precious banana!

What a sweet baby girl! I love reading about your kids since I never get to see them. I can't wait for MOPS!!
We should have made Jack's middle name Grouch, he's hilarious.

Hi MY Lou. Our Anna sure is a cutie!!! And way to go Rylie, in writting the letter A!
I was going to write you and Ryan a letter the other day when I was writing to the girls, but I got interupted and never got another chance......so I'll take a moment to write to you now. We got our back window fixed this morning. We hit some big bird in the dark as well that night and I'm REALLY suprised we didn't lose our windshield! We also had a very close call with a deer on the side of the road in the dark...but God protected us from that one....it wouldn't have turned out good for either of us!!!! Dad preaches and speaks tomorrow, then sometime on Sunday, Jeff K., another man and dad and I are all going to Yellowstone to fly-fish. Only I just decided after looking at the weather report in the paper that I'm not going to go fishing because the high temp. is going to be in the 40's and the low in the 20's! That's too cold for me to be standing in a river....so I shall remain in a warm motel room. Ryan, I've been praying for your mom but haven't heard anything for several days, I hope she is home and getting her strength back. Will you tell her that I care and that I will continue praying for her.

She is such a strong woman that I think she is going to suprise everyone and really do well. Well, I probably should go....the Rev. is snoring his brains out and it's an hour later here so I should start wrapping things up. I also need to write a birthday card to my mom, her birthday is on 9-11, and she'll be 83....maybe you and Rylie could make her a B-day card? She'd like that.
I love and miss you guys....give kisses to my babies and I'm sure if dad were awake he'd want you to give Ryan a BIG hug from him!!!!! see you soon
love, mom
