3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 1/3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
3 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen (mine were frozen from this summer)
1 1/4 cups oil
4 eggs, beaten
Mash and drain the strawberries, reserving half a cup of juice from the berries. In a large bowl blend the dry mix, berries, juice, oil, and eggs. Mix well. Pour into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees 50-60 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
