I just stumbled across this book and I think I need to add it to my wish list! "How to make your own bacon, cheese, marshmallows, and more"! How intriguing is that?!
I have been wanting to find out how to make more things rather than buying them for the frugality side of it, but also for the food purity of it. I'm just scratching the surface, but this book looks like it would be profitable!

I want that book! I'm off to check and see if the library has it now.
I have some great bread recipes if you want them. They are super simple and don't require any type of speical equipment (like a bread machine). I can't wait to do some canning this summer :)
